Pre-cut sheets

Custom made, for airlines catering kitchens to differentiate the various hot meals to be served on board the planes for example. The customers can have their choice of corporate's logo and colours to be printed onto the foil. Their specified sizes and the thickness of foil materials will be processed accordingly and packed into pop up boxes (like tissues box) to facilitate and expedite the flow of production in wrapping up the meals very efficiently in the flight kitchens around the world.

It had been proven that our embossed, thicker and stronger foil sheets are costs saving in the long run as the wastages in using thinner foil sheets have been minimised or eliminated.

We are also able to produce smaller batches of custom made items within our machines limitations using the 100% aluminium foil materials of ISO standard for food use and 100% recyclable.

The customer can have an overall print or an image print of any design and colour on the foil material to enhance their corporates' image as well as sales displays.

The sheets come out of the pop-up boxes (as shown on the picture) which work as dispensers.
